§ 56-54-108. Cost of implementation.
Any cost incurred by the department of commerce and insurance associated with the implementation of this chapter shall be paid out of existing reserves of the insurance division of the department of commerce and insurance. Acts 2008, ch. 1009, § 9. Compiler's Notes. Former chapter 54, §§ 56-54-101 , 56-54-102 (Acts 2004, ch. 902, §§ 1, 2; 2006, ch. 744, §§ 1-7), concerning reports on medical or professional malpractice claims, was repealed by Acts 2008, ch. 1009, § 1, effective January 1, 2009.
