§ 56-2-609. Motions to quash or set aside service.

Nothing in § 56-2-607 is to be construed to prevent an unauthorized foreign or alien insurer from filing a motion to quash a writ or to set aside service of the motion made in the manner provided in § 56-2-603 or § 56-2-604 on the ground either that: The unauthorized insurer has not done any of the acts enumerated in § 56-2-602; or The person on whom service was made pursuant to § 56-2-604 was not doing any of the acts enumerated in § 56-2-604.
