§ 56-16-202. Deposit to be maintained — Required amount.
The attorney shall maintain on deposit with the department an equal amount in cash or in value of securities as required by § 56-2-104(a)(4) . Acts 1990, ch. 728, § 2; T.C.A. § 56-16-302 .
