§ 56-10-111. Appraisal right of dissenting shareholders.
Any shareholder of any domestic stock insurance company which is a party to a merger, consolidation or exchange of securities as described in this chapter shall have the right to dissent and receive fair value for the shareholder's shares by complying with the procedure set forth in § 48-23-102 . Acts 1968, ch. 448, § 7; T.C.A., § 56-3611. Compiler's Notes. Sections 48-503, referred to in this section, were repealed by Acts 1968, ch. 523.
