§ 56-1-503. False statement — Penalty — Perjury.

For willfully making a false annual or other statement it is required by law to make, an insurance company, and persons making oath to or subscribing to the statement, shall be severally punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
