§ 55-8-155. Special speed limitation on motor-driven cycles — Penalty.
No person shall operate any motor-driven cycle at any time at a speed greater than thirty-five miles per hour (35 mph) unless the motor-driven cycle is equipped with a head lamp or lamps that are adequate to reveal a person or vehicle at a distance of three hundred feet (300') ahead.
