§ 55-7-118. Use of state funds to enforce electronic logging regulations prohibited.

No state funds shall be expended to enforce electronic logging regulations against any motor vehicle transporting nonhazardous materials for farm purposes that does not travel outside the boundaries of the state. Acts 2018, ch. 733, § 1.
