§ 55-7-112. Rules concerning equipment and routes.

The commissioner of transportation is authorized to promulgate rules not inconsistent with federal law: Regulating the equipment required for vehicles as a condition to using the system of state highways to assure safety of motorists; and Establishing particular highways upon which commercial motor vehicles may operate.
