§ 55-5-120. Penalty for violations.
It is a Class C misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of chapters 1-6 of this title unless such violation is by chapters 1-6 of this title or other law of this state declared to be a felony. Unless another penalty is in chapters 1-6 of this title or by the laws of this state provided, a violation of any of the provisions of chapters 1-6 of this title is a Class C misdemeanor.
