§ 55-4-602. Participation by county clerks.
Each county clerk desiring to participate in this program shall notify the county legislative body of the clerk's participation in writing. A county clerk desiring to cease participation in this program shall notify the county legislative body to that effect in writing. Acts 1995, ch. 83, § 1.
