§ 55-29-106. Noncompliance with chapter.

Noncompliance with this chapter shall constitute a violation of chapter 17, part 1 of this title. Acts 2017, ch. 306, § 1. Code Commission Notes. Acts 2017, ch. 306, § 1 enacted a new chapter 54, §§ 55-54-101 —55-54-106, but the chapter has been redesignated as chapter 29, §§ 55-29-101 —55-29-106, by authority of the Code Commission.
