§ 55-21-201. Part definitions.
As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires: “Commissioner” means the commissioner of agriculture; “Department” means the department of agriculture; “Director” means the director of the quality and standards division of the department; “Gas” or “gasoline” means gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel; “Person” means an individual, firm, partnership, association, trustee, or corporation; and “Refueling service” means the service of pumping gasoline into the fuel tank of a motor vehicle. Acts 1992, ch. 731, § 1.
