§ 55-19-107. Suspension or revocation of licenses — Infraction — Hearing.

For the violation of any duly promulgated rule or regulation, the commissioner has the power, after a hearing, to suspend or revoke the license of the school or of the instructor licensed under this chapter, as the case may be. Acts 1967, ch. 163, § 7; T.C.A., § 59-1907.
