§ 55-19-103. Acting as instructor without license unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person to act as an instructor in any commercial driver training school without a current license to act as an instructor issued by the commissioner. Acts 1967, ch. 163, § 3; T.C.A., § 59-1903.
