§ 55-17-108. Disposition of fees and charges.

All fees and charges under this part shall be collected and received by the executive director of the commission and paid by the executive director into the state treasury. Acts 2005, ch. 379, § 23 provided that, notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 55-17-108 , 55-17-112 and 55-17-119 to the contrary, all revenues resulting from fees realized as a result of the licensure requirements imposed pursuant to the provisions of Acts 2005, ch. 379, after deducting regulatory cost of such licensure, shall be allocated to the fund for the maintenance of the division of fire prevention.
