§ 54-3-107. Rules and regulations.
The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, to carry out this chapter. The commissioner is given full authority to enforce the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter. Acts 2007, ch. 597, § 8.
