§ 53-10-101. “Legend Drugs” defined.

For the purpose of this part, “legend drugs” means any item that federal law prohibits dispensing without a prescription from a licensed doctor, dentist, optometrist or veterinarian. This definition of legend drugs shall not be construed to include blood and blood fractions. Acts 1939, ch. 164, § 1; C.
