§ 50-1-603. Provisions not applicable in certain situations.

Section 50-1-602(a) shall not apply to any reduction in operations that: Results solely from a labor dispute; Occurs at a construction site or other temporary workplace; or Results from seasonal factors, as determined by the rules of the commissioner of labor and workforce development to be customary within the business or industry.
