§ 49-6-812. Consistency with harassment and bullying policies.
Each LEA shall ensure that the district-wide safety plans and building-level emergency response plans required by this part are developed in such a manner as to be consistent with the district's harassment and bullying policies developed pursuant to § 49-6-4503 . Acts 2007, ch. 548, § 13.
