§ 49-6-8106. Rules and regulations.

The state board of education and the Tennessee higher education commission are authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this part. All such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Acts 2011, ch. 488, § 7; T.C.A., § 49-6-8306 . Code Commission Notes. This section was renumbered from § 49-6-8306 to § 49-6-8106 by the authority of the Code Commission in 2020.
