§ 49-50-1301. [Repealed.]

Compiler's Notes. Acts 2018, ch. 932, § 3 provided that on July 1, 2018, all employees of the former Tennessee Foreign Language Institute shall become employees of the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service and shall be subject to the employment practices and policies of the University of Tennessee. See § 49-9-410 . Acts 2018, ch. 932, § 4 provided that on July 1, 2018, all funds, contracts, grants, and property, real and otherwise, of the former Tennessee Foreign Language Institute shall be transferred to the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service. See § 49-9-410 .
