§ 49-3-364. Employing building manager.
Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, nothing shall be construed to prevent an LEA from expending BEP funds earned for nonclassroom components for the purpose of employing a building manager for a school. Acts 2012, ch. 830, § 1. Code Commission Notes. Former § 49-3-364 , concerning a study on counties' cost of living, was deleted as obsolete by the code commission in 2009.
