§ 49-3-303. Funding procedure established.
There is established a procedure for the funding of education for the public schools, kindergarten through grade twelve (K-12). The amount of funding allocated to each LEA shall be determined in accordance with this part for all programs, notwithstanding any other law to the contrary.
