§ 49-11-702. Part definitions.

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires: “Advisory board” means the state advisory board for the rehabilitation centers; “Commissioner” means the commissioner of human services; “Department” means the department of human services; “Director” means director of the vocational rehabilitation program; “Division” means the division of rehabilitation services; and “Rehabilitation center” or “center” means a rehabilitation center authorized under this part.
