§ 48-103-201. Short title — Part supplemental.
This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Tennessee Business Combination Act.” The requirements of this part and parts 3-5 of this chapter shall be in addition to the requirements of applicable law, including chapters 11-27 of this title and to the applicable requirements contained in the charter or bylaws of a resident domestic corporation.
