§ 47-26-901. Short title.
This part may be cited as “Testing and Sealing — Use of Weights and Measures.” Acts 1997, ch. 311, § 1. Compiler's Notes. Acts 1997, ch. 311, § 4 provided that all laws contrary to or inconsistent with that act, which repealed parts 2, 4, and 5 of this chapter and enacted parts 9, 10, and 11, are repealed, but as to offenses committed, liabilities incurred, and claims existing as of July 1, 1997, the existing law shall remain in full force and effect.
