§ 47-26-1018. Copies of certificates.
A public weighmaster shall keep and preserve for a period of at least one (1) year a legible copy of each certificate issued by such weighmaster. The certificates shall be available for inspection by any weights and measures official of this state during normal office hours. Acts 1997, ch. 311, § 2.
