§ 47-26-1015. Measurement practices and equipment used.

A public weighmaster shall use measurement practices and equipment: In accordance with the requirements of the latest edition of NIST Handbook 44, “Specifications, Tolerances, and Other Technical Requirements for Weighing and Measuring Devices”; Examined, tested, and approved for use by a weights and measures official of this state; and Suitable for the weighing of the amount and kind of material to be weighed.
