§ 47-25-1605. Violations.
For the first violation of § 47-25-1602, the violator shall be issued a warning and informed of the penalty for any subsequent violations. A second and subsequent violation of § 47-25-1602 is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by fine only. For the first violation of § 47-25-1604, the violator shall be issued a warning and informed of the penalty for any subsequent violations.
