§ 47-25-1212. Contracts obtained by fraud void.

Any contract for invention development services entered into in reliance upon any willful and false, fraudulent, or misleading representation by the invention developer is void and unenforceable. Acts 1977, ch. 436, § 15; T.C.A., § 47-20-112 .
