§ 47-18-1105. Violation of part is misdemeanor.
A violation of this part is a Class A misdemeanor. Acts 2014, ch. 802, § 1. Code Commission Notes. Acts 2014, ch. 802, § 1 purported to enact title 47, chapter 18, part 56.
