§ 47-18-1103. Authority to proceed against pyramid promotional schemes for any other violations of state law not limited.

Nothing in this part shall limit the authority of any state official from proceeding against pyramid promotional schemes for other violations of state law. Acts 2014, ch. 802, § 1.
