§ 45-2-1012. State trust company principal office.

Each state trust company must have and continuously maintain a principal office in this state. A state trust company shall apply to the commissioner to change its location or the location of any of its offices pursuant to § 45-2-218. Acts 1999, ch. 112, § 10.
