§ 43-19-216. Auction bid may be refused.
Any planter, or other owner of tobacco sold at auction, may, by paying the fees, refuse at the time to take the price at which it is cried off. Acts 1870-1871, ch. 65, § 22; Shan., § 3401; Code 1932, § 6500; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 43-2125.
