§ 42-5-126. Interpretation and construction.
This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed as to make uniform as far as possible the laws and regulations of this state and other states and of the government of the United States having to do with the subject of municipal airports. Acts 1957, ch. 375, § 21; T.C.A., § 42-330.
