§ 42-5-124. Supplementary authority.

In addition to the general and special powers conferred by this chapter, every municipality is authorized to exercise such powers as are necessarily incidental to the exercise of such general and special powers. Acts 1957, ch. 375, § 19; T.C.A., § 42-328.
