Acts 1957, ch. 376, § 7; T.C.A., § 42-608; Acts 1988, ch. 501, § 1. Cross-References. Immunity under Municipal Airport Act, § 42-5-122 . Attorney General Opinions. Because an airport authority has discretion to determine the fees applicable to businesses operating on its property when it enters into contracts or other agreements with those businesses, it may impose a fuel flowage fee as part of those agreements.
