§ 41-22-213. Superintendents and guards.

The commissioner is authorized to employ and designate a person or persons as quarters and road superintendents and to employ as many guards as necessary in working inmates on the county roads, pikes, highways or railroads. Acts 1981, ch. 378, § 1; T.C.A., § 41-513.
