§ 41-11-104. Denial of certain privileges prohibited.

The failure of an inmate to provide information on the inmate's financial status shall not be grounds for the denial by the county of any privilege ordinarily available to an inmate, such as behavior or programmatic credits, parole or participation in work programs. Acts 1995, ch. 522, § 5.
