§ 4-3-714. Legislative intent — Reports.

It is the intent of the general assembly that the department of economic and community development provide periodic reports to the government operations committees of the senate and the house of representatives relative to corrective steps to address the audit findings of the office of the comptroller. Acts 2006, ch. 936, § 3. Compiler's Notes. Former § 4-3-714 (Acts 1983, ch. 429, § 11; 1988, ch. 654, § 1), concerning the energy advisory board, was repealed by Acts 2000, ch. 561, § 1, effective July 1, 2000. Acts 2000, ch. 561, § 2 provided that notwithstanding § 4-29-112 , or any other law to the contrary, the energy advisory board, created by this section, terminated and ceased all activities on July 1, 2000.
