§ 4-3-2012. Rules and regulations regarding motor carriers.

The department of safety has the power to exercise all duties, responsibilities and powers granted the department in title 65, chapter 15, to establish and promulgate rules and regulations necessary for the administration and enforcement of title 65, chapter 15. Acts 1995, ch. 305, § 67.
