§ 4-10-113. Report update on broadband service.
The Tennessee advisory commission on intergovernmental relations is directed to study and prepare a report updating its January 2017 Report on Broadband Internet Deployment, Availability, and Adoption in Tennessee, which shall be delivered to the general assembly by January 15, 2021. Acts 2017, ch. 228, § 3. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2017, ch. 228, § 1 provided that the act, which enacted this section, shall be known and may be cited as the “Tennessee Broadband Accessibility Act.” Effective Dates. Acts 2017, ch. 228, § 16.
