§ 39-17-606. Signage.
Each state lottery retailer shall display, in a prominent place at the location where the retailer sells lottery tickets or shares, a sign, at least seventeen inches (17") high and twenty-two inches (22") wide, stating: ATTENTION: STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS THE SALE OF LOTTERY TICKETS TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS; PROOF OF AGE MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PURCHASE. ATENCION: POR LEY DEL ESTADO DE TENNESSEE ES ESTRICTAMENTE PROHIBIDO VENDER BOLETAS DE LOTERIA A PERSONAS MENORES DE DIECIOCHO AQOS; PRUEBA DE EDAD PUEDE SER REQUERIDA PARA COMPRARLAS.
