§ 39-15-412. Multiple violations.

Any vendor of smoking paraphernalia convicted of violating §§ 39-15-408 — 39-15-411 on three (3) separate occasions is prohibited from selling smoking paraphernalia, or from possession of smoking paraphernalia for resale, for a period of five (5) years from the date of the last conviction.
