§ 39-14-409. Exceptions.

None of the provisions of this part shall be construed in any way to affect the right of eminent domain or prevent surveyors or civil engineers from making such surveys as are necessary and lawful in the discharge of their duties. This section maintains prior law and is designed to make it clear that the commission does not intend for trespass and related offenses to impair eminent domain law or the capacity of surveyors to perform their duties.
