§ 38-12-105. Funds for support services — Reimbursement.
The Tennessee Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence is authorized to use funds from the domestic violence community education fund established by § 36-3-616 , to provide necessary support services for the coordinating council. Coordinating council members shall be reimbursed for travel expenses in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter. Acts 1995, ch. 376, § 5; 2014, ch. 779, § 4. Amendments. The 2014 amendment substituted “Tennessee Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence” for “Tennessee task force against domestic violence” in the first sentence. Effective Dates. Acts 2014, ch. 779, § 7. July 1, 2014.
