§ 38-1-601. Part definitions.
As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires: “Department” means the department of commerce and insurance; and “Wireless telecommunications service provider” means a provider of commercial mobile radio service as defined by 47 CFR 20.3. Acts 2012, ch. 815, § 2. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2012, ch. 815, § 1 provided that the act, which enacted this part, shall be known and may be cited as the “Kelsey Smith Act.”
