§ 36-5-3101. Purpose and construction of part.

The purpose of this part is to provide a procedure for the enforcement of support obligations arising under the law against an obligor without a transfer of jurisdiction to modify the order. This part shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes. Acts 1997, ch. 551, § 6.
