§ 36-1-305. Promulgation of necessary rules and regulations.

The department is authorized to promulgate necessary rules and regulations to facilitate the implementation of this part in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, part 2. Acts 1998, ch. 1022, § 1.
