§ 35-15-101. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Tennessee Uniform Trust Code.” Acts 2004, ch. 537, § 2. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2004, ch. 537, § 95 provided that the Tennessee Code Commission is requested to publish in the Tennessee Code Annotated the revised official comments that are filed with the executive secretary of the Tennessee Code Commission within 30 days of July 1, 2004.
